The annual Rivanna River Race in Charlottesville, VA had a storied, 17-year tradition through 2023.
Then in 2024, the organizers decided to unceremoniously pull the plug on the race just a week before the event with no warning.
We are a small, local group of paddlers in and around Charlottesville who are dedicated to bring the race back in Spring 2025, bigger and better than ever.
